General Terms & Conditions
As a The Champ member, I understand and agree:
  • The Champ membership is not transferable, and I will not loan my membership ID to another individual.
  • I will notify to The Champ if there is any change in my address or other contact information.
  • Cancellation policy: A membership can be cancelled at any time, and must be requested in person to The Champ at least 10 days before next payment date. Please note We are unable to accept cancellation by phone. Cancellations will not be back-dated. No refund shall be issued on monthly payments.
  • The Champ is unable to accept responsibility for lost or stolen items in The Champ premises.
  • Any breakage/misuse of the clubs property by the member will be directly charged to the member.
  • The Champ reserves the right to terminate membership privileges, for an account overdue more than 60 days, or for failure to comply with terms and conditions including the Etiquette Statement (below).
  • Parents or Guardians are strictly not allowed inside the hall during the training.
  • We cannot extend the validity of the package unless valid reason (E.g.: Medical condition such as fracture etc. with valid medical certificate only).
  • The club will remain closed during the government announced holidays. If holiday falls on Thursday, club will remain close on Thursday and Friday and if holiday falls on Sunday, the club remains closed on Saturday and Sunday.

The Champ Etiquette Statement – Our commitment to each other
The Champ is a shared experience for everyone to enjoy. Each of us can make it better for all by being considerate to others. The Champ members, staff and volunteers pledge to treat one another with respect and dignity. The Champ reserves the right to suspend or cancel a membership in its sole discretion for inappropriate behavior or failure to comply with the above Etiquette Statement

The Champ is your partner in achieving an enhanced quality of life through a healthier body, mind, and spirit. The Champ commitment to proper maintenance and upkeep of our buildings and equipment is an important part of ensuring a safe environment for all to enjoy. This may result in temporary interruptions in service or access to specific areas or equipment within the facility.

Limitation of Liability
While The Champ staff and instructors make every reasonable effort to minimize exposure to known risks, The Champ recommends that you consult with your physician before participating in any The Champ program, and/or using any The Champ fitness equipment or facilities. Neither The Champ nor its staff, instructors or volunteers are licensed medical care providers and have no expertise in determining the effect of any specific program such as an exercise program, or equipment on a medical condition. You understand and agree that in registering for a The Champ program and/or using any The Champ fitness equipment or facilities, you may be involved in physical activity and that with any physical activity there is a risk of injury. By participating in The Champ programs and/or using any The Champ fitness equipment or facilities, you agree that you are participating voluntarily and do so at your own risk and you agree to fully release The Champ and its officers, directors, agents, staff, instructors and volunteers from all claims or lawsuits for any injuries, death, property damage or theft, losses, or any other liability of any kind, arising directly or indirectly out of your participation in The Champ programs and/or use of any The Champ fitness equipment or facilities.

The Champ is committed to protecting personal information by following responsible information handling practices. We collect and use personal data in order to meet your service needs, to ensure a safe environment while members are visiting our centers, for statistical purposes to inform you about The Champ program in which you are registered, and to satisfy regulatory obligations. You may also hear from us periodically about other than The Champ programs, services and opportunities that may interest and benefit you.
